Abstract

Objective To explore and observe the nursing care method and measurements of the lower uterine segment (LUS) thickness in patients after cesarean section with late pregnancy.Methods B-ultrasound was used to observe the thickness of the LUS of 376 cases of pregnant women after cesarean section in different times,and appropriate nursing interventionss were carned out to evaluate the effect of clinical care.Results B-ultrasound was used to observe the LUS thickness at the time of cesarean section,but no significant difference was found between the two groups (P<0.05).There were no complications of re-pregnancy,nursing care and adverse psychoreaction in perioperative period in patients of two groups.Conclusion The detection of B-non-invasive uterine segment thickness,with the appropriate care and measures has great significance of improving the patients' prognosis aud reducing the discomfort of great significance.
