Abstract

In the Human Resource Outsourcing Service Industry, it is a common phenomenon that the information sharing and exchange lack uniform information exchange standards and information cannot be timely exchanged and shared. This paper proposes XML and behavior modeling-based information exchange and sharing method in human resources outsourcing services. This study uses Labeled Transition System to create behavioral model in human resources source outsourcing, uses XML to describe the service information, and realizes the standardization of service information and quick information change between heterogeneous systems. This paper provides a reference to the standardization of information exchange in human resources outsourcing services industry.
