Abstract
Celem pracy jest przedstawienie metody przydziału mandatów parlamentarnych w III Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej i mechanizmu jego rewizji, proponowanych przez Państwową Komisję Wyborczą we wniosku z 2022 r. dotyczącym zmian ze względów na przemiany demograficzne pomiędzy okręgami wyborczymi. Podstawowym materiałem, na którym oparta jest jej treść merytoryczna, są zapisy ustaw z zakresu prawa wyborczego oraz badania nad demografią obrazujące przemiany populacyjne na terytorium państwa polskiego.
