Abstract
ABSTRACT Indonesia has a great tourism potential destination. This can be seen from Indonesia's tourism destination sector which continues to advance and develop very rapidly. Unfortunately, the huge tourism potential destination is often not recognized by students. So, this research aims to explore writing poetry about the storynomics of Indonesian tourism to educate students at the secondary level. We conducted a literature review on Indonesia's knowledge granaries and proposed a formulation for writing poetry. Sam Illingworth's concept of science-poetry became a reference for us to carry out four stages in writing storynomics tourism poetry from the perspective of generation Z Indonesia, namely (1) facilitation, (2) explanation of scientific symptoms, (3) communicative interaction, and (4) transformation. We have the opinion that writing storynomics tourism poetry has the potential to provide strengthened knowledge about Indonesia's wealth as well as a means of introducing Indonesia's wealth to the world.
