And where?” write Lester Brown and one of his 13 co‐authors, Jennifer Mitchell, in the 1998 issue of “State of the World: A Worldwatch Institute Report on Progress toward a Sustainable Society.”Now in its 15th annual edition, the book, which is published by a Washington, D.C. based nonprofit organization, this year focuses on the future of growth and on building a new economy.
