Abstract

Splenic artery aneurysms (SAAs) are the most common type of splanchnic aneurysms. Current guidelines recommend repair of all SAAs in women of child-bearing age since maternal mortality is high. The purpose of this study was to evaluate outcomes following SAA repair in women of childbearing age using a national database.
