Abstract
The problems of innovative development of countries in terms of accelerating scientific and technological progress have been studied in this article. The authors identified five factors having a major impact on the success of the innovative economy, introduces the concept of the quality of the economic and political systems. The requirements to the quality of the national economic system in the conditions of the innovative economy development have been defined. The authors propose a multi-factor model of managing the country’s innovative development.
