Abstract

Abstract Network public opinion is the popularity and development of emergency management; how people access information has changed a lot. Nowadays, people can use communication devices to access the Internet anytime, anywhere and express their views, feelings, and attitudes more conveniently and often. The public opinion of the network is essential to the public sector, public awareness and particular event at the emergency time, in the previous method based on neural network and IoT (Internet of thing) for Network Public Opinion. The existing method gives low data security and personal privacy, and Environmental issues. The proposed method is based on FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Arrays) and Machine learning for Network Public Opinion. Machine learning includes instant event, potential themes, communication and interaction, great content and group differentiation. In this network of Public Opinion, various emergencies have become significant issues affecting our society's stability. Society is closely related to the real evolution of public opinion on emergency networks in all types of online media, including online news, forums and blogs. This puts unprecedented pressure on the government to manage emergencies and control their consequences.
