Abstract
The question of the relevance of Philosophy of Law continues to influence the perceptions and attitudes of researchers, academics and professionals involved in the development of the academic and practical standards of the legal profession. By reviewing some of the contemporary views on the relevance of Philosophy of Law, the article argues for an understanding of Philosophy of Law in favour of the legal modernity.
