Abstract

Businesses are dependent on highly technical information systems to conduct business operations and to develop and maintain intellectual capital. The news is filled with stories of how hackers have infiltrated and breached corporate information negatively impacting consumers. This data intrusion becomes a logistical and financial nightmare for businesses and customers.
