Abstract

This paper reviews the researches done during the Covid-19 on consumer behavior by conducting a multi-keyword bibliometric analysis. The authors tried to look at what researches were trending and reviewed the top-cited papers and what they talked about. The authors contributed to formulating a new ratio in the bibliometric analysis, citation/document ratio, which gives a better picture of the quality of research done under any domain. In conclusion, top trends of research under Covid-19 and consumer behavior were mentioned using content analysis.
