Abstract
There is a growing recognition that creating an environment for pupils' emotional and social well-being and educational outcomes are inextricably linked, and that schools can be important environments within which both can be pursued. This paper discusses the possibility of profiling the psychosocial environment and how it might be used in a school setting.
