Abstract

The general objective of this investigation was to analyze whether the principle of the best interest of the child is violated due to the non-concurrence of the parties, it is a qualitative approach, basic type, grounded theory design at a descriptive-interpretive, hermeutic level and the instruments used to collect The information was the interview guide and the documentary analysis guide.
