Abstract

Peyronie´s disease (PD) is a disorder of the tunica albuginea that diminishes sexual function. The penoscrotal approach for multiple slit technique and penile prosthesis placement without circumcision and without dissection of Dartos fascia from NVB is less common, yet less invasive method that has a natural cosmetic outcome, and delivers very high patient satisfaction. The surgical approach was thru small penoscrotal incision (3-4cm); direct dissection of NVB from tunica albuginea without mobilization of Dartos fascia from NVB; penile eversion thru penoscrotal incision; multiple slit corporoplasty; and 3-piece inflatable penile prosthesis implantation thru the same penoscrotal incision. Postoperative vacuum drainage and compressive penile and scrotal dressing were left in place for one week. In first 2 weeks the patient had a mild scrotal edema that resolved spontaneously. The patient started with normal sexual intercourse 6 weeks after the surgery. The patient reported natural esthetical appearance 10 weeks after surgery with no visible or palpable scars.
