Abstract

This paper presents the results of a malacological survey of the Baroch Nature Reserve in Eastern Bohemia (Czech Republic) near the town of Pardubice in 2016. Altogether 16 species of freshwater molluscs (14 gastropods, 2 bivalves) were found at 12 sampling sites in 2016, while 11 species were recorded during previous research, which were all recorded also in 2016. This shows that the 2000 restoration had a positive effect on species richness and successional changes after this management did not cause disappearance of any species.
