Abstract

This article proposes to present a critical analysis of the relevance of the study of victimology, in the scope of corporate crime, as an instrument to guide law enforcement policies that are capable of increasing the effectiveness observed in the social control of socially harmful corporate behavior and to help the discussion on liability for the damage caused.
