Abstract
Peptide drugs deltalicin and semax having antioxidant, antihypoxic, membranostabilizing action, may act as potential vasoprotectors, that's why the investigation of their influence on the antithrobotic properties of endothelium is actual. Deltalicin at the dose 100 mcg/kg, semax at the dose 200 mcg/kg, sulodexid at the dose 30 ULR and their combinations were injected to the rats with experimental streptozotocin diabetes. It was established that the administration of deltalicin and sulodexid increases the prothrombin time, thrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time and decreases the concentration of fibrinogen in the plasm. There were no significant differences in the effects of deltalicin and sulodexid, and semax didn't influence the coagulation indices. The most correcting action has been shown after the injection of deltalicin and sulodexid combination.

Спустя 72 часа в крови определяли содержание глюкозы глюкозооксидазным методом с использованием набора Глюкоза-ФКД (Россия). Для дальнейших экспериментов отбирали крыс с концентрацией глюкозы в крови 12,0 ммоль/л и более [7]. Исследуемые препараты экспериментальным животным вводили ежедневно в течение 10 дней внутримышечно в дозах: дельталицин – 100 мкг/кг массы тела, семакс – 200 мкг/кг массы тела. А», Италия), который применяли внутрижелудочно в дозе 30 ЕВЛ (единицы высвобождения липопротеидлипазы) в течение 28 дней. Животных выводили из опыта на 28-е сутки и определяли показатели, характеризующие гемостатическую функцию крови: протромбиновое время (ПВ), тромбиновое время (ТВ), активированное частичное тромбопластиновое время (АЧТВ), концентрацию в плазме фибриногена (по методу Клаусса). Исследования проводили с соблюдением положений, изложенных в Хельсинкской декларации Всемирной медицинской ассоциации о гуманном отношении к лабораторным животным (2000 г.), директивы Европейского сообщества (86/609EC). Статистическую обработку полученных результатов проводили с использованием t-критерия Стьюдента после проверки нормальности распределения изучаемых параметров с помощью программного обеспечения MS Excel и Statistica 10
