Abstract
This report discusses the causes of accidents due to driver error. One of the main causes deals with the field of vision and the objects viewed in it. A study has been conducted on visual behavior and the distribution of attention given by drivers during the driving task in order to properly understand a drivers viewing time, fixation time, and viewing frequency.
