Abstract

The mechanism of radial vibration of a rotor compressor is studied, the force acting on the compressor rotor system and the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system are analyzed, and the determination methods of rigid and flexible rotors are established. The optimal dynamic balance optimization scheme is obtained by automatic simulation and optimization analysis of multi-body dynamics, and the accuracy of theoretical calculation is verified by experiments. It provides a theoretical basis for dynamic balance optimization design and vibration improvement of rotary compressor.
