Abstract
Fragestellung: Die vor einigen Jahren am Misgav-Ladach General Hospital in Jerusalem entwickelte Operationstechnik der Sectio caesarea unterscheidet sich von der konventionellen Technik im wesentlichen durch stumpfe Eröffnung des Bauchraumes, Uterotomie oberhalb der Blasenumscnlaqsfalte und den Verzicht auf einen Verschluß des parietalen Peritoneums. In einer retrospektiven Untersuchung an insgesamt 226 Patientinnen mit erstmaliger Sectio caesarea ab der 37. SSW haben wir Unterschiede zwischen beiden Operationstechniken verglichen.
