Abstract

The variant Form of angina pectoris may be exertional or nonexertional and associated with minimal symptoms. In this report of a 54 year old man with this lesion, the nonspecific findings in the 12 lead electrocardiogram and the diagnostic treadmill stress test findings are presented together with the pathologic coronary cineangiographic findings. The use of treadmill stress testing as a case finder is suggested, and the serious outlook for patients with this disorder is presented.
