Abstract
Objective To explore the value of laparoscopic removal of gallbladder with small incision for gallstones. Methods 100 patients with cholecystitis and gallstones treated at our hospital from April 22, 2017 to April 22, 2018 were enrolled, and were divided into a control group and an observation group, 50 cases for each group. The control group underwent gallbladder resections with mall incision. The observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery. The incision length, recovery time of gastrointestinal function, anal exhaust time, operation time, and incidence of complications were compared between these two groups. Results The incision length was (3.56±1.78) cm, recovery time of gastrointestinal function (17.28±2.44) h, anal exhaust time (15.19±1.72) h, and operation time (62.13±5.28) min in the observation group, which were better than those in the control group, with statistical differences (all P<0.05). The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group (4.00% vs. 26.00%, P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery fopr patients with cholecystitis and gallstones is significantly effective.
