Abstract
The CAT imaging Telescope in the french Pyreness has successfully completed three years of observation of High Energy gamma ray sources, concentrated on the Crab used as a standard calibration source and other potentially emitting sources. Among those, the short term highly variable AGN : Mrk421 and Mrk501, have been extensively followed from 1997 through 1999, and many others have been searched for emission above the experimental energy threshold of 250 GeV. The coincidence between the high states of activity at many wavelength observed either by satellite-born or ground-based detectors may provide insight into the accelerating processes spanning a very wide energy range.
