Abstract

Buccal mucosa tissue has been widely used in complex bulbar urethral stricture using ventral or dorsal urethral opening with comparable long-term outcomes. We present a new surgical technique of dorsal onlay graft urethroplasty for bulbar urethral strictures: fibrin glue is used in order to fix the buccal mucosal graft to the corpora cavernosa thus facilitating the apposition and adhesion of the graft to the receiving bed.
