Abstract Today a lot of literature is available to separate the Aluminium from the waste metallic aluminium dross produced in various manufacturing industries. The waste aluminium dross chemically consists of Al2O3, SiO2, Fe2O3, MgO, SO3, CaO, TiO2, and Na2O. The waste aluminium dross is very hazards to groundwater, ozone layers, agriculture and eco-system. The greater part of the nations is making expected alterations to decrease ozone harming substance discharges and to expand the utilization of efficient power vitality arrangements. Under this development, the significance of utilizing recyclable materials has picked up force in the course of the most recent decade. In this way, aluminium, with its novel property of 100% recyclability has changed the elements of the manufacturing industries. The pioneering offering of this review article provides systematic approaches and methodology to current researcher and industrial persons to obtain a suitable method and approach to recycle the waste aluminium dross.
