Abstract

We demonstrate a direct single-step method to locate a biological crystal using X-ray excited NUV fluorescence. Our technique is an extension of UV-excited NUV fluorescence from biological crystals, reported previously. Our technique has a unique capability of tracking the location of a biological crystal during crystallographic data collection. Published by Elsevier B.V.
