Abstract

In this work, a diagram of a shock machine with a variable structure mechanism with a separable slider is shown, the principle of its operation is described. In order to reduce dynamic loads on the track water, it is proposed to interact the carrier with the striker by means of an air cushion. The article considers dependencies that allow to model the process of air flow from the air cushion through gaps between structural elements of the carrier and striker. Structural parameters determining duration of air cushion action are revealed. Influence of duration of air cushion action on dynamic parameters of impact machine is shown.
