Abstract
The article discusses the use of various dosage forms of anti-inflammatory periodontal drugs used in patients with inflammatory periodontal diseases. The rapid anti-inflammatory efficacy of toothpaste, gel, aerosol, and rinse aid has been proven. The combination of several active components in one product actively affects all parts of the pathogenesis of the inflammatory process from antimicrobial effects to the elimination of halitosis.

Summary
Разработка средств лечения воспалительных заболеваний пародонта остается актуальной задачей не только в нашей стране, но и во всем мире. В связи со сказанным средства противовоспалительного характера и предпочтительно для местного применения как за рубежом, так и в нашей стране, не только не сходят с повестки дня, но постоянно совершенствуются в целях расширения диапазона их лечебного воздействия и максимально длительного сохранения активной концентрации Такое комбинирование активных компонентов в одном продукте гипотетически предполагает возможность активного воздействия как на непосредственную микробную причину возникновения патологических изменений практически во всех тканевых структурах полости рта, так и на развивающиеся под ее воздействием многочисленные патогенетические звенья местного воспалительного процесса.
