Abstract

Teacher's Effort In Improving Learning Outcomes Student History On Online Learning At Yp Sma Unila Bandar Lampung 2021/2022 School Year. The process of implementing learning activities in Indonesia has changed as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and has caused direct learning to become online learning. These changes lead to obstacles from students which in the future will affect student learning outcomes, including SMA YP Unila Bandar Lampung This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative research method approach. The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the teacher's efforts in improving student history learning outcomes in online learning with qualitative data. The population in this study was 370 students covering eleven classes taught by history teachers as the object of research. The sample in this study used the Quota Sampling technique with 10% per class and got a sample of 36 students. There are seven teacher efforts made to improve student learning outcomes, namely preparing students' physical and mental, concentration and motivation of students, using various learning models and strategies, learning according to learning styles, learning thoroughly and getting used to sharing. These efforts are adapted to online learning so that the mid-odd semester scores can increase in the mid-even semesters. The increase in student learning outcomes proves that the teacher's efforts can be successful even though the state of the learning process turns into online learning.
