Abstract

Unparticles proposed by Georgi carry charge parity (CP) conserving phases in their propagators. In this paper, we review our recent works on CP violation due to the peculiar phases of unparticles. We use the decays Bd → π+ π– and Bd → [Formula: see text]–[Formula: see text]+ as the illustrators to show the influences of these phases on the direct CP asymmetries. In particular, we emphasize that if a nonzero CP asymmetry is found in Bd → [Formula: see text]–[Formula: see text]+, it is definitely an indication of the existence of unparticles.PACS Nos.: 12.60.–i 11.30.Er 13.20.He 14.40.Nd
