University Entrepreneurship Education System Design based on Two-way Drive
Nowadays public business innovation is looked as a new engine of economic development of China. In order to adapt to the change of environment and the demand of society, many universities have opened the cou rse of entrepreneu rship education successively. The entrepreneurship education in most Chinese Universities is government-driven, employment-oriented. This kind of education cannot reflect the students' initiative and cannot meet the needs of the students. This article puts forward a university entrepreneu rship education system designing based on two-way driver. This system has the characters such as two-way drive, targeted; hierarchical design, distributary training; rich curriculum, complete system. At the last, it offers some problems which should be paid attention to.

With the rapid development of the Internet in the information age, entrepreneurship and innovation education courses have had a huge impact on the traditional teaching model of higher education. In order to improve the quality of entrepreneurship and innovation education in vocational colleges, an internet+ -based model for the quality system of entrepreneurship and innovation education in cross-strait vocational colleges is proposed. To review the literature on entrepreneurship and innovation education courses, curriculum evaluation, and quality evaluation of entrepreneurship and innovation education courses, and to study the elements of entrepreneurship and innovation education course quality evaluation to extract influencing factors of education quality; combined with network analytic hierarchy process (ANP) Super Decision software calculates the weight coefficient of the quality evaluation index system for education courses. Develop and distribute questionnaires for the evaluation of course quality, collect relevant empirical data, and verify the scientificity of the questionnaire through reliability and validity tests. Based on the scoring results and the weight coefficient of the evaluation index system, the key factors affecting the quality of entrepreneurial innovation education courses are derived. Based on the survey data, descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient method were used to verify the research hypothesis and valuable empirical results were obtained. In addition, the method of this paper is compared with the traditional method to prove the effectiveness of the model of curriculum quality system designed this time.

In recent years, mass entrepreneurship and innovation have been deeply integrated with economic and social development, which has played an important role in expanding employment and improving people’s livelihood. At the same time, innovation and entrepreneurship education and practical courses have gradually been incorporated into the compulsory courses system of colleges and universities, providing some help to solve the employment difficulties of college graduates. However, in the process of gradually strengthening entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, there are still many shortcomings in entrepreneurship education atmosphere, management and evaluation system, curriculum system, teaching methods and teaching staff. Therefore, colleges and universities should create an entrepreneurial culture atmosphere, construct a scientific entrepreneurial education management and evaluation system, “create and integrate” with practice, and build a scientific team of teachers to improve the quality of entrepreneurial education. This paper first points out the importance of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities based on the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, then summarizes the practical difficulties of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and finally proposes ways to promote entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, hoping to inspire colleges and universities to continue to carry out entrepreneurship education.

The purpose of this paper is to research entrepreneurship and innovation education in Colleges and Universities Under the background of national innovation driven development strategy. Using the method of document study and investigation obtained necessary data in order to deeply, correctly understand entrepreneurship and innovation education problem. Scientific orientation and innovative development of entrepreneurship education in China's colleges and universities has become more and more important problem. Entrepreneurship education in China's colleges and universities is faced with the challenges of specialization, integration and scientific development. Effective measures and suggestion to improve education in University of science and engineering should be put forward based on the scientific positioning of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities, and we should focus on building innovative talent quality structure to improve Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and universities.

This study focuses on Innovation and entrepreneurship education resources in colleges and universities, constructs a comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities through the application of Internet technology, and discusses its logical structure and implementation path in depth. Based on this System, an evaluation system for the quality of Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, which contains four primary indicators and 20 secondary indicators, is screened by expert survey method, and an evaluation model is constructed by combining entropy weight method and TOPSIS algorithm. By analyzing the data, this paper comprehensively assesses the development level of Innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese colleges and universities in each province. The results show that 2016 Beijing’s composite score was 0.577; by 2020, Guangdong’s composite score was raised to 0.737, significantly higher than that of other provinces. However, the 10-year average combined scores of Xinjiang, Tibet, Ningxia, and Qinghai in western China were lower than 0.07, highlighting the uneven development of university innovation and entrepreneurship education in the eastern and western regions. The findings of this study provide valuable references for the construction of Innovation and entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities. They are of great practical significance in promoting the development of Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.

With economic globalization and rapid development of science and technology, many colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the cultivation of students’ innovative thinking and creativity, and innovation and entrepreneurship education has also become an important part of the education system. Due to the current unevenness of teachers in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, high training cost, and lack of strong atmosphere, this paper optimizes the innovation and entrepreneurship education and training system in colleges and universities through OpenStack cloud computing. This paper optimizes the cloud computing platform according to the OpenStack virtual machine and the multiobjective ant colony improvement algorithm and then designs the innovation and entrepreneurship education and training system. The multiobjective ant colony improvement algorithm uses the way ants find food to find the best information resource route from the traces left by the information trend in the cloud platform. In order to test the effectiveness of these methods, this paper uses the simulation method to test. The results show that, sometimes, the load utilization rate of the innovation and entrepreneurship education and training system in colleges and universities exceeds 80%, which is in line with the expected settings. Through the OpenStack cloud computing platform, it can provide a good innovation and entrepreneurship training environment for more users at low cost and low risk and promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.

〔연구목적〕본 연구는 중국 대학 창신창업교육의 실시배경과 발전과정 및 창신 창업교육 실시내용을 심층적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 〔연구방법〕이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 중국에서 발행되는 주요 학술지, 각종 정책문건, 논문, 도서, 인터넷 등의 다양한 문헌을 분석하였다. 또한 창의성 체계 모형과 창업교육 생태계 이론을 바탕으로 정부 지원정책, 교육과정, 교수학습방법, 학사환경, 교수진 등 5가지 요소를 분석틀로 선정하였다. 〔연구결과〕주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 중국은 대학 창업교육을 위한 창업 지도 및 교육 프로그램, 대학 창업지원 및 우대정책을 마련하고 있으며, 창업교육과정 개설 및 창의적 교육환경 조성, 창업교육 이론과 실천과정의 융합, 창업에 유리한 학사환경 조성, 역량 있는 교수진 확보를 위한 노력을 기울이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 〔결론〕본 연구를 통하여 중국은 창업교육에서 나아가 국가 경제 혁신을 위한 창신창업교육이라는 새로운 개념을 제시하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 중국의 창신창업교육은 정부의 적극적 지원 하에 모든 대학의 교육과정에 포함되어 있고, 교수 학습 및 학사환경 개혁을 통해 대학생의 혁신능력 및 창업의식을 신장시키려는 노력을 볼 수 있었다. 창신창업 발전을 위한 중국의 이러한 실천 경험은 우리나라 대학의 창업교육 발전을 위해 시사점을 줄 것으로 기대한다.[Purpose] This study focuses on the in depth analysis of the background, development process and the current situation of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities. [Methods] To attain this objective, various literatures, such as journals, policy documents, books, and the online publication in China, were analyzed. Based on the model of the system of creativity and the theory of ecosystem of entrepreneurship education, five factors were selected as analysis frame which are government support policy, curriculum, teaching method, academic environment and faculty. [Results] It has been found that China is preparing for the innovation and entrepreneurship education program, preferential policies, and making efforts to open entrepreneurship education courses, create a creative environment and secure competent faculty. [Conclusion] Through this study, we can see that China is presenting a new concept of the innovation and entrepreneurship education for national economic development. It is included in the curriculum of all universities under the active support of the government, and efforts were seen to enhance university students’ creativity and sense of start-up through reforming the academic environment. It is expected that the experience of practicing in China will give a point of suggestion for the development of the entrepreneurship education in our country’s universities.

Entrepreneurship education plays an important role in sustainable development. Chinese governmental agencies are making all-out efforts to promote schoolwide entrepreneurship education from top to bottom to achieve sustainable economic and social development. This is a phenomenon worth studying and summarizing. Improving the satisfaction degree of teachers and students of entrepreneurship education in universities for sustainable development becomes a typical mode of entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities. The data are derived from 12,269 valid questionnaires in student volume and 1,241 valid questionnaires in teacher volume from top universities in China, and regression and variance analyses were applied. The results show that the overall satisfaction of teachers and students is higher than the national average. There are significant differences in the overall satisfaction of different types of teachers and students. Teachers are most satisfied with the organizational leadership measures of the universities in entrepreneurship education and least satisfied with the lack of professional human resource management strategies for entrepreneurship education teachers. Students are most satisfied with entrepreneurship policy and least satisfied with entrepreneurship learning, especially that entrepreneurship theory learning and practice learning are closely combined with students’ majors. The overall satisfaction of students of entrepreneurship education mainly comes from the influence of “entrepreneurship policy dividend,” entrepreneurship learning, and entrepreneurship competition and entrepreneurship practice, which go hand in hand. The overall satisfaction of teachers is most affected by the satisfaction of organizational leadership, followed by the satisfaction of mechanism guarantee and teaching management. This study introduces the sustainable development model of entrepreneurship education in top Chinese universities through the improvement of satisfaction of entrepreneurship education and has certain reference significance for managers and teachers of entrepreneurship education practice in other developing countries.

Mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities is a systematic project promoted as a whole, which pays attention to the cooperation between different participants and the coupling between top-level design and landing implementation, showing a horizontal and vertical intertwined ecological relationship. Constructing the collaborative ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an important topic to promote the comprehensive reform of colleges and universities, a key way to stimulate the innovation and entrepreneurship vitality of the whole society, and the only way to implement the strategy of "strengthening the country through innovation". The research shows that the collaborative ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has the characteristics of the openness of the system boundary, the non-equilibrium of the system state, the nonlinearity of the system dynamics and the fluctuation of the system movement, and includes subject collaboration level, system collaboration level and environmental collaboration level. In terms of the construction path, the research further believes that the construction path of the collaborative ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities includes three aspects: establishing the system structure, releasing the system power and ensuring the development of the system. Among them, the establishment of the system structure is the premise and the release of the system power is fundamental.

A comprehensive evaluation is important for the sustainable development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Specifically, evaluating entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities from the perspective of teachers, as stakeholders of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, can provide a basis for decision making to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education. Using the improved entropy–TOPSIS method, this study selects 35 indicators from five aspects, namely, curriculum systems, organizational leadership, faculty construction, teaching management, and an institutional guarantee, to establish a sustainable and comprehensive evaluation framework for entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Survey data from a questionnaire of college teachers in 11 provinces (cities) in China’s Yangtze River economic zone are used. The objective is to propose a framework that enables a comprehensive evaluation of the sustainability of entrepreneurship education and to develop a new evaluation method that highlights the challenges in evaluating the sustainability of entrepreneurship education, including the selection and effective measurement of the evaluation criteria. The study provides a scientific basis and support for decision making on the optimal reform of entrepreneurship education, faculty allocation, and education methods in Chinese universities and contributes to the realization of the goal of sustainable development of entrepreneurship education in universities.

A systematic and scientific curriculum system is the basis for ensuring the high quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and it is also the main driving force to promote the deepening of innovation and entrepreneurship education system and mechanism reform in colleges and universities. The study establishes the evaluation index system for the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and completes the assignment of evaluation indexes and the construction of the evaluation model by using the cluster G1 method and the nonlinear weighting method. According to the results of the assignment of evaluation indexes, the empirical evaluation analysis is carried out with University Z as an example. It is concluded that entrepreneurial ability has the greatest influence on the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities, based on the perspective of civic and political education. For this reason, the integration of Civic and Political Education and Information Technology is proposed as a specific proposal for quality improvement. After the teaching reform, 74.62% of the students expressed their overall satisfaction with the innovation and entrepreneurship course as relatively satisfied and above. It shows that students are more satisfied after the fusion strategy designed in this paper for the integration of Civic Education and Information Technology is applied to innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.

In the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the country is vigorously developing innovation and entrepreneurship education to meet the development needs of building an innovative country. At present, innovation and entrepreneurship education courses are generally added in Colleges and universities. However, the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities is not optimistic. There are many problems, such as generalization of objectives, solidification of means, false content, single evaluation and so on. The practical teaching in Colleges and universities can promote the convergence of innovation and entrepreneurship education objectives, enrich the implementation methods, highlight the professional background, and improve the evaluation methods. Give full play to the functional advantages of practical teaching, focus on the cultivation of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship project selection ability, the shaping of practice subject consciousness, the integration of professional ability, and the sinking of achievement evaluation index. By looking for the breakthrough point of expanding the practical teaching function, establishing the seminar of innovation and entrepreneurship project selection, shaping the main body consciousness of the team driven by problems, breaking through the scope of practical training to promote the cultivation of professional ability, and improving the evaluation index around the sense of acquisition of college students, a new mode of integrating practical teaching into innovation and entrepreneurship education is constructed.

PurposeThe global COVID-19 epidemic has posed significant challenges to the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese and foreign universities, and the application of artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) technology has presented both opportunities and challenges to its development. The purpose of this study is to summarize advanced experiences and models of new engineering innovation and entrepreneurship education development in Chinese and foreign universities, as well as to analyze the influencing factors. Taking the sustainable development goals (SDGs) into account, this study qualitatively proposes enhancement paths and improvement suggestions based on the application of AIGC technology, providing a reference for promoting the sustainable development (SD) of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities.Design/methodology/approachBy using the qualitative comparative analysis (QCA), this paper studies the interaction mechanism between the influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship in universities under the background of SDGs. This paper selects 12 representative universities with different cultures and strengths. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the content of 2,535 publications on innovation and entrepreneurship education and summarizes seven influencing factors as comparison criteria. Then, this paper codes, summarizes and uses configuration to assess the primary factors influencing the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities at home and abroad.FindingsOn the quality of new engineering innovation and entrepreneurship education, comprehensive, diverse influencing factors and upgrading paths are obtained. Furthermore, this research proposes that the SD of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities should make effective use of “AI plus education” and actively construct practical and teaching platforms. Meanwhile, the ChatGPT is being used to strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship curricular system and talent training mode. The research also makes recommendations for improving teachers’ ability to acquire intelligent tools and promotes three-way teaching modalities of “teacher-AI-student” by taking into account the influence of various aspects.Originality/valueThis research uses the QCA research method, which analyzes not only influencing factors on the SD of innovation and entrepreneurship education but also explores the interaction mechanisms among factors. Furthermore, the research incorporates SDGs and AIGC technology application scenarios into the field of domestic innovation and entrepreneurship education, which will be helpful in SDGs of innovation and entrepreneurship education on both theoretical and practical levels.

In order to improve the performance of entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities, this study attempts to build an evaluation system and model of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities to provide a complete and practical tool for government education authorities and universities to evaluate the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education. In this research, decision tree and fuzzy mathematics are used as the basis of the model algorithm, and the algorithm is improved based on the analysis of traditional algorithms. Moreover, based on the improved decision tree algorithm, an evaluation index system for university innovation and entrepreneurship education is constructed. After determining the evaluation indicators of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, this study uses several universities as examples to analyze and define the definitions of various indicators. In addition, this study statistically analyzes the results of entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities through simulation. The research shows that the model proposed in this paper has a certain practical effect, and based on the simulation results, this study makes several suggestions.
