Abstract
OF the complications encountered in the use of ACTH and corticosteroid therapy, abdominal catastrophes rank high. The problem of peptic ulcer and visceral perforation is well known. However, the occurrence of adrenal hemorrhage after ACTH therapy is exceedingly rare.
