Abstract
Background: Adolescents Living with HIV (ALHIV) face various psychosocial challenges as they cope with their status. Some of these challenges include but not limited to: stigma and discrimination; body image; suicidal traits; disclosure and ART adherence. Noting that coping with such challenges is not easy for ALHIV, Baylor-Malawi started the Teen Support Line (TSL) initiative in order to provide a round-the-clock psychosocial support service to ALHIV in Malawi.
