Abstract
<p>El presente artículo analiza el concepto de “Derecho Penal del Enemigo” desde una perspectiva crítica, lo cual implica estudiar el término en los marcos de la política criminal y la dogmática penal. Adicionalmente, el texto relaciona este concepto con la realidad latinoamericana, teniendo como punto de referencia el caso colombiano.</p>
