Abstract

The upper polariton, the longitudinal exciton and the paraexciton of the Z 3 excitonic structure are investigated by two-photon spectroscopy in magnetic fields up to 9T. The splitting of the transverse polariton and the interaction of the longitudinal exciton and the paraexciton are well resolved. A straight forward analysis of the experimental data yields g-values which are quite different from g-values derived from one-photon data.
