Abstract
BS>Two major corrections were made to the two usually used vector equations for a plasma, corresponding to a plasma being a mixture of two gases, the electron gas and the ion gas. The corrections were applied to a simple problem, and it was found that the containment time of the plasma is independent of the magnitude of the impressed magnetic field. (P.C.H.)
