Abstract

Case 1. A 43-year-old man was admited on October 20, 1976 with the complaint of pain and moter disturbance of the right side shoulder. X-ray and histological findings of the Humerus head were those of Osteomyelitis.He has now usual activity after operation.Case 2. A 50-year-old woman complained of swelling and pain of the right clavicle and first rib especially during cold and wet weather since 1970, and experienced pustulosis palmaris et plantaris at the same time. She was admitted on September 5, 1978. Laboratory findings were normal except for elevated ESR and eosinophilia. Histological findings of the clavicle and first rib were those of osteomyelitis.We consider that the osteomyelitis may occur in association with the pustulosis palmaris et plantaris.
