ABSTRACT Antony Kunnan founded the journal Language Assessment Quarterly in 2004. In this interview, Antony explains his rationale for starting the journal, what the journal has accomplished, how it differs from other language testing journals, and reflects on the evolution and future of the field of language assessment.
