Neal Miller has no complaints about the work by engineers from Los Alamos National Laboratory on a collaboration withhis company, Centech Inc., to automatic a process that cleans up contaminated oil. But he9s blown his stack over the waythat their bosses, and the Department of Energy, have cut back on funding and support for such cooperative agreements with industry.
