Time mirror literature that captures human life. Literature used to capture only human life. It is a tool for expressing characteristics. Oppression and deception of people on the basis of professions is a phenomenon that takes place from time to time. Tuppukkari is a novel about the social oppression of the cleaners who do the cleaning work and the miseries that happen in their lives. This novel exposes the necessity of cleaning work, the nature of the work and the frustration of the worker. This novel brings together different types of people like a crowd that pollutes the environment, a crowd that justifies the dirtiness of the mind, and another crowd that admires the worker who removes the dirt. This story woven with unique local words in the Kanyakumari district reveals the creative scope and social concern of the novelist. The groanings of the Creator, troubled by the perversity of human minds, have come forth as words. This novel made society look back at the cleaners whom no one looked back. The category Dalit also includes cleaners belonging to the Nadar caste. No matter what the caste, a man becomes depressed when he is oppressed. They are not loved by people. are humiliated. They are used to their whims and overthrown. They depend on others for their daily needs. Their income is not enough for food. They are not even provided with basic cleaning equipment. They clean the surroundings with the sewage and dirt that falls on them. This article explores the life of such a cleaner.
