Abstract
Per oral endoscopic myotomy (POEM) is a minimally invasive endoscopic treatment option for achalasia patients that have been performed since 2010. It is less invasive than Heller myotomy and is spreading rapidly around the world. We present our results of POEM which are the first cases of Turkey.
