Abstract
AbstractTritium‐labelled lipid preparations are obtained by heterogeneous isotopic exchange with gaseous tritium in solution. After appropriate purification, the localization of the label was determined in the main fragments of [3H]‐compounds. The obtained data on specific radioactivity and the pattern of label localization allow an insight into processes taking place on labelling under particular experimental conditions.
