Abstract
The authors made a clinical analysis on:the treatment of snake-bites in 50 children.The effects of Guangxi snakebite drug,antivenom-serum,trypsin,combined Chinese and Western medication,and continuous artificial respiration in respiratory failure cases were evaluated.Mechanisms of snake venom poisoning was discussed and questions of first aid treatment were raised.Early tracheal intubation in respiratory failures was emphasized.
