Treatment of female bladder neck obstruction with transurethral vaporizable resection of the bladder neck

Abstract

Objective To analyze the method and effect of the treatment of female bladder neck obstruction with transurethral vaporizable resection.Methods All the 18 cases had examined by urodynamics and cystoscopes,transurethral vaporizable resection of bladder neck and hooklike loop were used for treatment of female bladder neck obstruction. Results All the 18 cases need only one resection, urinate easily and smoothly, no uroclepsia after pull out urinary catheter. No residual urine had been found by type-B ultrasonic after one month, frequency of micturition and Qmax had improved obviously.Conclusions Transurethral vaporizable resection of bladder neck has good effect,convenient operation, tiny damnification and quick recovery.
