Abstract
A transparent flexible heater with nano amorphous patterns (TFHAs) was fabricated using a nanofiber mask. Amorphous patterns of 600 nm, which displayed no starburst phenomenon upon illumination, were realized using conventional photolithography. The engraved Ag-paste-filled 100 mm × 100 mm conducting film achieved a transmittance of 89.9% and two-terminal resistance of 9.5 Ω, which improved to 6.4 Ω by poly(3,4-ethylenediosythiophene) (PEDOT) coating. Applying a 12 V bias, TFHAs with PEDOT achieved temperatures of 100 °C within 30 s and withstood up to 15 000 bending cycles with minimal degradation.
