Abstract
In this paper, a new method for calculating the time-domain reflection and transmission coefficients of the layered lossy medium is presented. The global time-domain reflection and transmission coefficients of layered lossy medium are obtained by the time-domain recursive formulas. We deduced the formulas of time-domain interfacial reflection and transmission coefficients according to the time-domain propagating mode method. The numerical results show the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method.
