Abstract
Transformational healthcare leaders having collaborative entrepreneurial aims with an analogous mission and professional expertise can contribute to the provisioning of essential specialized healthcare in developing regions. Qualitative synthesis employing focused-group-discussions and interviews was conducted in a phased manner. In this, we have used stakeholder-theory and dynamic-capabilities approach. Our study explores the intricacies of collaborative entrepreneurship-based healthcare ventures in developing regions and reveals five emerging pertinent attributes, namely, control, synergy, commitment, empathy, and satisfaction. We recommend that entrepreneurial collaboration, especially by transformational healthcare leaders, can significantly contribute to the creation of an endogenous healthcare ecosystem with advanced facilities and technology-enabled modern infrastructure, as well as augment regional development.
