Abstract
Training of managers of pedagogical colleges for innovate activities are substantiated in the article on the basis of the author's model of development of professional managerial competence by the means of training. Structural components of definite model are characterized. The content of the teaching modules is defined. The results of training of managers on their attitude to innovation, their introduction into professional management activities, creating an environment for innovation activities of pedagogical staff are analyzed.

ПІДГОТОВКА КЕРІВНИКІВ ПЕДАГОГІЧНИХ КОЛЕДЖІВ ДО ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В СИСТЕМІ ПІСЛЯДИПЛОМНОЇ ПЕДАГОГІЧНОЇ ОСВІТИ У статті підготовка керівників педагогічних коледжів до інноваційної діяльності обґрунтовується на основі авторської моделі розвитку їх професійної управлінської компетентності засобами тренінгів. З огляду на це актуальною є проблема підготовки керівників педагогічних коледжів – галузевих вищих навчальних закладів, освітня діяльність яких пов’язана із здобуттям ступенів молодшого бакалавра та/або бакалавра, до інноваційної діяльності в системі післядипломної педагогічної освіти.
