Abstract

All-Optical Memories Realizing photonic in-memory processors is critical for light-based deep learning accelerators. In article number 2200579 Namkyoo Park, Sunkyu Yu, and co-workers demonstrate an all-optical building block for in-memory processors by exploiting topological states of dynamical parity-time-symmetric systems. The proposed memory achieves topological noise immunity and all-optical state transitions simultaneously.
