Abstract
Background: Crohn's disease is a gastrointestinal autoimmune disorder associated with extraintestinal manifestations sometimes extending to the vulva. Crohn's disease of the vulva is an uncommon occurrence in children and usually responds well to systemic therapy. However, the management of Crohn's is limited by the patient's ability to tolerate systemic therapy. We report a case of refractory vulvar Crohn's disease.
